Video: 3 MX-3s racing AutoX. Me, Mooneggs, and Stereoking15
Three little Mazdas, M-X-3,
AutoX-X-i-n-g,
First comes me,
then comes Dana,
then comes Mooneggs
like an aeroplane-a
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjNerCPUytg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
This was taken by my girlfriend. It was my first autocross, and it wasn't well marked, so I spent alot of time trying to figure out which cones I was supposed to go around. Also, with my helmet on, I had to lean over to the passenger's seat.
It was fun, though!
In another video, some kids are making up reasons why we did better than them, with their expensive mods (They MUST have gutted interiors), etc... Mark and I have full interiors, and mine is all leather, with all the power options, and 10 custom mounted speakers.
One Honda guy asked wryly "What are your times?", expecting to brag about how well he did. When we told him, he practically ran away, dejected.

Nice one!
Love Dana's scandanavian flick, even if though it maybe lost him some time It sounds like he crashed at the end, but the camera pans on to Mooneggs
The cone thing always looks confusing to me... They should use tape between the cones or something.

omg i LOVED seeing that video. I had to stay online and watch the others.
I liked all the same cars in a row. I'd love to go to a meet and a bunch of our
cars all parked next to one another. You guys don't think that would be cute but
in girl words... that would be SOOOOO CUTE!

Moooneggs, It took all year to upload
Marcdh, We all had our sideways moments, but no-one spun out! Dana didn't crash
I assume that they would have marked the course better if it weren't raining. They gave us a map, and let us walk the track, but the course had us go through it, and then through it backward. There was one part that, when you came back through, you had to go on the other side of a cone. Very confusing.
Poisondrop, Everyone should try it!
tripleMX-3chicMS, you should put together a meet! I really enjoy seeing how different our cars are, next to eachother.
Flyer, the wheelcovers kept breaking on our awkward curbs

Re: Video: 3 MX-3s racing AutoX. Me, Mooneggs, and Stereoking15
Thanks!
I went on the wrong side of a cone my first run (This vid), 2 cones my 2nd, and on the last run, I got around a clean 56. Stereoking15 consistently got 50 flat, and Mooneggs' worst time was about 56, and his best was 49.
