First of all, this is the wrong place for this thread. Worklogs are for documenting your build, not asking questions. I'm sure the mods will move this one...they're pretty picky about this section...

Second, if you were to search the forums, you would find many flames in reaponse to the same question you just asked, simply because that information is available here already. Some people find the search here difficult, so they use Google. Either way, use the search and you will find the answers. It's just that we have all answered the exact same question on here 10000000000000 times and it gets old. Nothing against you. Trust me. I'm saving you a lot of not-so-nice responses here.

Once you have learned at least a little about the swap and you have some more specific, in depth questions, then hit us up in the 4cyl section (or whichever section applies to your question) and we'll be glad to help.

Since I'm feeling generous today, I'll throw you a bone.

That's a link to the 4cyl FAQ. Everything you need to know is there, including some step by step instructions on how to do the swap.

There's a link to the online manuals if you ever need then (so many don't know it's even there)...

And of course...

There are many many knowledgable people on here, with some excellent advice. The forum is very active, so log on every second you get and read and learn all you can. Heck when I first signed up here, I didn't post for a year or so. But I read everything I could find. There's so much info here you couldn't even begin to imagine...

Welcome to the community and good luck with your swap!
