Is it particularly high revving?
My brother had a Laser RS turbo FWD and a Talon AWD. Both reved up pretty high, I seen him hit 8k a few times. I thought the car was gonna blow up, the 4g63 is a sketchy motor, its really finicky.

Hmmm. Seems a very high price to pay for an 8k redline...

That bad...huh?

To be honest, I don't know if I'd buy a car with an interference engine. The potential for a very expensive problem is just too high...

But then, it's not really in my blood to buy a car and leave the original engine in for long, so that may not be a problem at all... :welder:

There's one guy in red deer that has a heavily modded 4g63 in his FWD talon, the car gets torn down every year, he says it's cheaper than a catastrophic failure, and seeing the estimate I got.....I agree.

the 4g63T is a great engine. It's a shame to have it in the fwd talon tho. AWD ftw. I would own a 95 eclipse awd fo sho. I'd also like to import Mitsu FTO and pimp it out. I like rare and different. I just don't know if I want a right hand drive car. Not too safe IMHO, a left hand turn with all these crap drivers on the road.. I dunno.

I don't know how they drive in Canada, but here in Miami, I wouldn't drive a RHD on the streets if it was an M1A1 Abrams.
I like rare too. That's why my next project (after my MX-3 GS-M) will be an RX-3.
Who knows...? Maybe, if I'm lucky, with a 16X and a 6 speed.... 8)

I own my dream car, 1984 Monte Carlo SS, blue on blue with a new 350 crate motor, still working on the rebuild and it's been over 2 years...hopefully this coming spring she's ready to go...

Dream cars...

Realistically speaking, I will be buying a 2010 Dodge Challenger, but it'll be a V6 so I can drive it in the winter....in my opinion cars are meant to be driven!!

Unrealistically speaking, the only other car that ever could catch my undivided attention would be a 1967 Corvette Stingray Convertible....I would have to win the lottery for that car! And then maybe an SRT8 Challenger in Richard Petty blue!!!

They are currently sourcing me a overland tailgate which is in good shape, you know, the one with the "OW". Only thing is it's damn hard to find a rebuild kit for the 226 hurricane. So ima stick with the corvette power for now lol. I got a shitload of lit on these if you're seriously considering getting one. I'm also a member of the Antique Willys Association, there are a lot of very knowledgeable members who are dedicated to the preservation of these unique automobiles. Every time i drive it people stop me and ask me what the hell it is haha.
