koni adjustable shock

I have buy the koni red special adjustable shock absorbers, but it have +,++,++++, it is soft, medium and hard?
for the mazda mx3 v6 95 I do ++++?
(the original shock absorber is hard, for have the koni as original I do ++++?)?

Wow, no idea what the hell you just wrote. But you are to adjust for rebound and what not. Less +'s and more words next time please.

You can set them to your preference...that's the point. Hard on the reds is HARD. Try #2 to start
