I like the Mazda 3 lookalikes!! They do look similar to the snowflakes! All the new interior appointments will definately modernize the ride, good find and good luck with the build. I'm going to keep my eye on this one.

finally got around to installing my turn signals, figured while i had the bumper off id install some mesh to fill in all the empty space...also gutted my trunk and sprayed it with some rocker guard, there were a couple rust spots that needed some attention and im hoping it will help in the way of sound deadning the interior a bit aswell...it also looks alot cleaner better.

the signals came with the bumper when i bought it...you will see this bumper on other mx's..but this one has been modded for these lights...in the pic above, with the lights on you can see the arrows all lit up, when i signal my turns however, the arrows light up sequencially in the direction they are pointing...it looks great at night time, especially when your looking from your rearview :welder: ...ill take some better pictures and maybe make a short video of the signal functioning.

took the car in for emission test yesterday..IT PASSED!!! :D...i was having idle issues big time but at the last minute i was able to put it in diagnostic mode and mess with it a little bit and actually to get it to at least stay at a steady rpm...i threw in a bottle of octane booster, 20 bucks worth of 91 octane gas, and drove the PISS outta the car for a good 20 minutes...i was mearly taking it for the test to see why it was going to fail, since there is a check engine light on...turned out to pass first time around
:D also passed certification today :welder:
