New MX-3 Owner

Post by djjuscuz »

Hey, new to this forum and new to the Mazda fam. Just bought a 1.6L 1993 MX-3 and couldn't be happier. Always loved the car as a kid and now I own one.

Will post pics asap. She was all "riced" with stickers when I got her, but I removed them all the day I got her.

Congrats! I had barely even seen a picture of one when I got my first one. I sort of knew about them, but not really. I even thought it was a 3 cyl. at first glance! In my defense, I didn't see the rear bank of cyl's, and there are some 3cyl. cars.

Here she is... I've done no mods to her except remove the stickers the previous owner had put on the windshield, hood, front bumper and under the hood. I've heard you can loose up to 5hp by removing each sticker. :?

pretty cool though, i think that's a civic front lip, and the front bumpers been cut out and some rims ^_^

yes, they're just stock headlights that have been painted.
I'm thinking of replacing the headlights with one's that aren't painted and extend the hood over the lights to do the "angry eye" mod.. i really like that look, but first i have to get this thing in proper running condition. I just failed my emissions test the other day.
