Is it just that one wheel? I would say it could possibly be a bent spindle...although I'd be surprised if you could bend one without breaking it.

I would start looking in the junk yard for a complete spindle and hub for it and just swap it on and see how that looks. Won't be too expensive and couldn't be in any worse condition that what you have.

i took it up to kramer tire and they tried to align it before i changed the strut and said they could because they dont know how to adjust the camber its sitting at -3.8 and they told me they arnt gonna mess with it they arnt a real alignment specializing shop its a multi shop that does tires, struts, mufflers ect and the guys there acted like they didnt know what to do.

was the camber kit bolt thing just a bolt? if so that should be more than enough to correct the camber! You just replace the top bolt in the strut with the camber bolt and there's quite a range of adjustment...

although it doesn't explain the actual root cause (maybe wytbishop is on to something in his diagnosis)

yea its a bolt with a tab on it i put it on there and tightened it didnt move at all unless i didnt do it right. but ill probaly just go to the junkyard and get a whole new suspension on the drivers rear side like wytbishop said.
