Octane won't help ya as you're NA w/o a megasquirt
As for sputtering - do a tune up for one, check compression make sure the motor is in good shape! Clean your injectors, run some sea-foam through the intake. Healthy car is a happy car! I just got my thermal spacers in, and the car is SO much happier than riding around at 2k idle with an air leak. Sounds better, pulls harder and better mileage!

Any tips to achieve such fine 60's with street tires? I can't find any worklog of yours, but from what I can remember you have:
D2 coilovers setup for drag stance/weight over front, traction bars, 15s with what tyres?
Do you find burnout even with street tyres helps? Or is more to clean the crap off?
any megasquirt trickery?
Any driver mod tips?
