[GI] possibly 1 set of glass head lights
Re: [GI] possibly 1 set of glass head lights
any body do me a swap for projectors?
Is that a real rule of dibs?
How much would they normally sell for, the glass lights?
I@ll post up some pictures tomorrow, then package them and weight it for a proper shipping quote.

Dibs is a gentleman's rule of conduct. If you post something for sale the first one to answer has first crack. If he falls through, second dibs is next. With a thing like glass headlights, which are so highly sought after here, it would be unusually cruel (and somewhat dastardly) to post here then take them down and post them on EBAY.jamesmx3 wrote:

Rules of forum conduct state that this is not an auction. This is why you are asked to place a price on items for sale. You say what they're worth and people decide whether they are willing to pay it. As this is a GI thread...you cannot be bound to sell them to Solo...but if you are going to sell them it would be the gentlemanly thing to do.

Yes I think anyone on here who would do a back door deal when someone has already called dibs should be banned from the site no questions asked. I'll take it a step further, everyone ask yourselves, "how much is my honour worth". I just delt with someone who sold their's for $350 bucks. Pityfull.
She offered him honour, he honoured her offer and all nite long he was on her and off her.

couldn't of said it better.
Mx-3.com is a pretty serious place really if you think about it. We don't really allow any riff raff to go on, except for the crappy sellers and lousy group buys the forum isn't that bad.
As for people being banned, well they have in the past, and now they are pretty hard on sellers.

Re: [GI] possibly 1 set of glass head lights
well I have had packages arrive mostly through the royal mail but if I remember that is usually more expensive... I'd have to look through the shipping docs I saved to find out for sure though... I think sometimes it starts out as one thing and ends up arriving by a different carrier

Re: [GI] possibly 1 set of glass head lights
Sale with solo didnt go ahead as he found some closer to home,
So they are back up for grabs, not sure how it works now with the old dibs and stuff, 2nd person I guess Daninski?
Anyway im looking for £100 + shipping which worked out at about £50 to Canada, we were wondering if it would be cheaper for you to arrange the shipping from your end due to exchange rates and stuff, not sure if it'll work out any better but might be worth a shot.
for the shipping quotes they weigh 5kg
and box dimensions are 60x40x40 i think, i will have to check that out though.
collection from PR3 1DS
