Alternator - uninstall and install HELP?

4 Cylinder, 1.6 liter 1995 MX-3

Can someone tell me some instructions on uninstalling my alternator?
THEN, tell me instructions on how to put the new one back in?

Please help!!

You have to go in and out through the bottom. It's a complete pain in the a--. You may also have to move a drive shaft or exhaust...I can't recall. It's been a long time since I did that on an RS. Go tot he homepage of the foruma nd click on "online manuals". The 95' shop manual will tell you what to do.

if its the same as the 93 you can do it from the top remove the fuel pressure regulator bracket 2 bolts (10mm) from underneith remove tentioner bracket (10mm) get alt loose and disconnect all wires (dont forget to unhook neg batt cable first) the priciede to fish it out oh and loosen the bracket that holds the cable that is now in your way (10mm) have fun holla if ya need me
