LOWERING SPRINGS FOR MY MX3
Re: LOWERING SPRINGS FOR MY MX3
Not TOO low.. but this is the day after so it still has to settle so i guess it may go down a bit more in a couple weeks.
I think with the 17"z it should look ok

This is after 2 weeks, i was told it takes about 2 weeks to settle.. and it doesnt look like it got any lower to me :S
Colin said he was using B&G springs 1.6 drop and his looks a lot lower..
i lost my digital cam. so when i get a new one ill take some better pics
i mean its lower than stock.. but not as low as i thought it would be !

Re: LOWERING SPRINGS FOR MY MX3
also i noticed something weird
my rear passenger side strut blew so i replaced 1 strut with the KYB gr2
all the other struts are stock.. and i noticed the side i replaced is a bit heigher so
is it because the struts new maybe.. or are the kybz made a lil longer than the stock shocks?
Im going 2 replace the other ones with the KYB as well but it makes the car a little bit higher than my stock shocks do...

I say get some ground controls! I have probe/MX-6, but I have not seen the ride quality since my car doesn't run yet

Re: LOWERING SPRINGS FOR MY MX3
It looks like a nice natural drop. It'll be lower with your summer rims, but the wheel gap will be more.

Re: LOWERING SPRINGS FOR MY MX3
the kyb strut is not longer then stock, and even if it was it wouldnt do anything to change your ride height.

Re: LOWERING SPRINGS FOR MY MX3
that's about as low it's gonna go. If you want more then you shouldve installed coilovers instead.
