i have a 1.6 sohc b6-me. What engine can i swap to pass ca emmisions please help thanks. oh and racing mazda does sell a kit

No aftermarket turbo setup will pass carb emissions in california on your car.

I cant put turbo from the site on and just put high flow cat and fuel pressure reg ? It still wont pass even if i keep my motor and put racing mazdas turbo in and upgrade everything. Wat if i tune the turbo to not kick on till it hits higher rpm ?

Seriously doubt it. Once they pop the hood and see your car is now turbocharged you are toast.
