vis invader front bumper....

Post by se7en »

okay guys, the front of my mx-3 is starting to look a bit haggard...that will happen when you hit a minivan, and a small deer....

so I am going to buy a new front bumper.

what do you all think of this one:

or

opinions people?

#1 combat bumper, old style, doesn't flow with the car. When i got my Mx-3 I wanted it, but once i saw it in person i hated it

#2 fish mouth, old bumper, rarely used, seems that alot of people do like it, i'm not a fan, but i perfer it more than the combat, and it flows better.

I know man, that's what I wanted, but the #2 choice is available locally for pretty cheap...

I honestly don't like either of them. I sorta like the Mazdaspeed one, but I think that I might go with this one personally:

Nice summary by Nd4SpdSe...Of the two choices, I would go with the fish mouth. I planned on getting the fish mouth way back in 2000, but never did
:)

Dark_Rider...There is/was a guy local to me that has the whole kit including the hood and wing of the car you pictured. It looks pretty good in person. Come to think of it his and my mx-3 are the only 2 I know of around my area, and both have not been on the road for years now   :crying:

I vote fishmouth eating an intercooler out of that pair. I usually like to have something different but I think OEM with lip is my favourite. I smoothed my lip into the bumper, looks pretty sweet. I really prefer minimalist lines when it comes to mx3 bodywork, but that's me, and this is about you!

I like the drift front!

Both of those are soooo 2000 and don't flow.

Even if it is cheap who cares save some more dollars and get the one you want!

IF i had to choose a bumper, anything that makes your car look like a dodge ram or a snow plow is out.

I have always like the fish mouth bumper, and its pretty unique in that you'll find less people with them on your car. But sigh, the best and only bumper that works perfect with the mx3 is the Mazdaspeed bumper.
