yeah I have eibach springs all ready to go, just don't have time to do it, hopefully get it done by spring time ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
daninski: I should be getting ryans rings soon, so i'll play around and see if I should leave the CF bezel in the back or just remove it and have the rings there

Ryan, as anyone tried to place your "rings of fortune" into the CF bezel ?
If it works, how much for a set + shipping to Portugal ?

Re: ukrman - 92 MX-3 GS
I think I'm gonna try ti fit the rings into the CF bezel, just not sure how its gonna look, but I'll take some pictures.
Anyways, I was watching the speed channel the other week, and on "two guys garage" they were talking about 3M Headlight Restoration Kit. Looked kinda interesting, so I decided to buy it and try it out. Lets just say it worked awesome, the pictures don't do the justice lol.
So this is what I used
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p122Decemberr08006022.jpg)
here are some before pictures, they didn't look too trerrible since I polished them last year.
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p122Decemberr08006005.jpg)
Now, masked off all the trim so it doesn't get damaged
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p122Decemberr08006012.jpg)
first step: 500 grit
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p122Decemberr08006014.jpg)
second step: 800 grit
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p122Decemberr08006017.jpg)
third step: 3000 grit wet sanding
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p122Decemberr08006018.jpg)
final step: polish
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p122Decemberr08006023.jpg)
I also bought some 3M Scotchguard Headlight protector, but I think I'm gonna put it on when it gets a little warmer (instructions say 60-90 F, and its below 20 here in NJ)

Re: ukrman - 92 MX-3 GS
decided to install clear side markers. I got the from ebay, but quality wasn't superb, alot of gaps between the glass and the housing so I used clear silicone to seal it, so that water doesn't get insode and for it up. Also I put on a layer of 3M Headlight Protector Film so that they don't get yellow and stuff. Took less than 10 min to install ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: ukrman - 92 MX-3 GS
So I finally got Ryan's rings
but had a big dilemma on how to install them...
So this is how my gauges looked like before
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08007.jpg)
Now I had a couple options on how to do this
Option 1: Take everything off and make it look factory again
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08010.jpg)
Option 2: Only install the rings without the CF bezel
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08009.jpg)
Option 3: Install the rings with the CF bezel
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08008.jpg)
Option 4: Paint the rings and install them with the CF bezel
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08029.jpg)
I decided to go with option 4, not crazy with how it came out, but it will do for now. I think eventually I will re-do it.
Before I could start, i had to re-glue my CF bezel cause its been on for like 2 years and was starting to peel off. I used some epoxy and gorilla crazy glue to get this done. When I was gluing the rings, some glue got on my finger and then I touched the bezel.... tried to wipe it off and just made it worse....
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08028.jpg)
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08030.jpg)
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08032.jpg)
![Image](http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i181/ukrman28/MX-3/p124Decemberr08034.jpg)
Just to clarify, the rings fit into the bezel with slight modification of the CF bezel. The hole in the bezel was a little to small, so I just used a razor blade to take off about 1mm all around to have a nice snug fit, also used gorilla glue just to make sure they don't come off.

my goal was to eventually redo my interior with some black and red leather or suede so that's why I painted those rings red...... I though it would look a little better lol

After recovering from good new years party at NYC, I decided to finish up my intake project. Awhile back, I bough HKS intake from Nissan 240SX for like $35 on ebay. I polished the pipe, and replaced the filter and it came out awesome IMO.
Here's the pipe when I just first got it

Re: ukrman - 92 MX-3 GS
Its slowly growing on me....... but I still think the red rings look kinda out of place.... maybe if i ever get the time and money to redo my interior with red/black leather or suede, maybe it'll look a little more natural
