I don't know much about turbos  errr doesn't the wastegate have the waste exhaust exit (to screamer pipe or back in to exhaust past turbo exit). And another for boost controller?

you use only the top of each niple

the second one is used to make them react faster(bov will open/close faster with it routed to the second one) but i dont exactly remmeber how to route the second one.

in any case, i'm only using one of em on my bov/wg and everything goes well

nop, the wastegate will be self blocked when u'll tight the bolt on, the bov dont requires anything

This is not accurate. The wastegate uses banjo bolts. It does not "self block." The top port is for electronic boost controllers to reapply pressure to keep the wastegate shut. If you don't have an ebc the top nipple can be left open, or not even installed.

The side port is your source for boost reference from your intake manifold. That one pushes open the spring as the psi increases. For non boost controller and manual boost controller applications this is the only one you have to use.

Tial install info for reference

With the BOV, I'm not sure, don't know too much about that type. I have a Tial 50mm bov.

In a WG, you use the top nipple if you got a manual or electronic boost controller.

The correct instalation its when you use a line from the turbo to the wg in the nipple below of the wg. in that line you can use a "T" to use that boost signal to a boost controller and from the boost controller to the upper nipple of the wg. In my case, i got a better response when i use a boost controller.
