Post by atomic froster »

hey all, got my mx-3 back from the shop on wednesday got my klze installed with new plugs, timing belt, acc belt, exedy clutch kit, machined the flywhy, new brakes and spun the rotors, and all the gaskets. still need to change the ecu but it runs fine right now, no black smoke or anything. here's some pics! ps thanks for all the great info that helped me with the swap. pps its a 92 gs black.

off the topic, what spline count are the axles?
See im trying to put in Mazdaspd LSd in my trans, my car comes stock with 26 hub 26 trans, so with the lsd it will now be 26 hub 28 trans (diff)
I was going to use the Mx3 V6 axles with midshaft, with the control arms ( the axles are a little bit too long for my car)

Are they 28 trans 26 hub ? ? ? ?

MSP LSD is the same spline count at stock, so there's no worries about your axles.

On the intake tube there's a little small tube running off of it that goes to nowhere. take that off and replace it with a spray paint can lid.

Thats as english as i can get. Look at TOOgreezy's worklog...i think he did what tmac is talkin about.
