One Altezza Light Problem

Well i recently installed my Altezza (Euro Taillights) and i came across this problem,

My brake lights (both 2) and the signal light works but the one with the red and clear in it does not light up on both sides.
What is that signal used for?

Nice picture ...The red/clear circle is the reflector and reverse lights.

The brake lights are also your running lights, if you have those in the US? You need twin filament bulbs for those, and amber bulbs for signals, and single filament clear for the reverse.

1157 bulb for the brake lights
1156 for the reverse and the signal lights (depending on year, apparently 92-93 have 1157 for signal)
