like i said i dont have my 92 anymore and when i was looking up parts it said that was the module... didnt think to count the connector prongs

The -STOCK- distributor has the CAS, Ignitor, and Coil all built into the distributor itself. That distributor is a pos. This thread explains how to convert that all-in-one setup over to the common (cheaper) EscortGT/Protege ignition system. It works with the B6 ECU. I'm planing on boosting my BP and the only ignition upgrade info I found was how to hack in a GM ignitor and external coil into the stock distributor. I thought that was sloppy so I came up with this setup. It may have been done before but I couldn't find any info on it so...
