just go to your local hardware store, measure up the size of the hole and look for blind plates for sealing off piping holes around the house (waterpiping etc)
i don't know how you call it in the us, but here we have plugs that go underneath the leg of a chair/seat so it doesnt scratch the lower surface, those should also fit
i dont see how big it is, so you need to fit, but couldnt u use the plug that is on top of the front wiper arm (covering the bolt) if so, you should go to the junkyard and get 2 ( i think they might be just as big if i look at the picture)

A fancy ejector seat button?
Or some cool lights?
Drill a hole to the outside for a gun port?
A cool decorative logo of sorts? Like the Eunos badge?
A little flippy switch du-dad just to flip?
Maybe just a Du-dad in general?!
shove a small stress ball in there just in case you feel enraged?
OOOOOOO, get some center cap thingies from the stock wheels!
Duct tape over it?
Ignore it?
Music kill switch? Like to turn off the bass.
A random useless small gauge of some kind?

Ok so now what we just another hole for a tweeter, sheesh.
My 96 Mazda MPV had round caps on both sides of the dash that would fit perfectly over those holes. Either go to the wreckers and have a look or order two from Mazda (cheap).

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
All very good(ish) suggestions
If you want it to look like OEM, go to your parts store and pick up a vinyl repair kit. You will need to cover the hole from the back side, and then on the front, brush on the liquid from the kit, to cover your patch. Then, you put a textured patch over it (that comes in the kit) that matches the grain of you door (making sure the textured side is down!), and put the heater thingy on it, to solidify the liquid. The hole will completely disappear. You can Google or Youtube Vinyl repair kit how-to. I'm sure that would explain better. This works on any vynil (Dashboards, etc.), and there's a kit for leather, too.
Good luck, and post results!!
Sorry Jesse but I used a vinyl repair kit and it didn't turn out. Liquid vinyl faded and the patch looked like crap, maybe I'm just not a good patcher. The caps I mentioned would look natural.
The other option is to just slap a couple STP stickers over the holes.

convert/mod side mirrors to heated/defrost (like the supra... sooo sweet) that could be your switch placement?
It's close enough to the mirror as is... I'm just getting random here. But better than sticking a trolldoll in there. (that was my first idea)
