[FS] my 93 RS 5 Speed
I am located in Western NY, and the car runs great. I purchased it off of craigslist at the beginning of the summer so that I would have a summer project to keep me busy. I did a lot of rust repair work to it and gave it a tune up. I consistently get 35 mpg with it driving mixed, but mainly highway miles. The car has 219xxx miles on it, most of which are highway because the previous owner drove from Buffalo to Albany every other day. The car is Black, well was black. It is in primer right now, awaiting paint, but my funds have run low so I may not be able to paint it before I go back to college, so I would like to pass it on to someone that can finish the last step. The car has a few small quirks, the usual leaking valve cover gasket and disty o-ring. I will replace both gaskets if someone buys it. I would like to get $1500 as she is right now, or $2000 repainted the original gloss black. If someone buys it I would have the funds to paint it, my good friend will be doing the painting, he's been building hot rods for 20+ years. If purchased in primer I will wet sand the primer out so that it will look uniform.
To Recap:
Location: Western NY (PM on specific location for directions)
Price: $1500 in primer $2000 re painted
Pics:
I am also open to interesting trades!

I'm sad to see you sell it. Why the decision, if you don't mind me asking?

i'm trying to make sure it gets to someone who can finish the body work so that it doesn't rust out again. i may just pick up the paint this weekend and finish it up. i really love how the car handles, i may just keep it and drop something in with more power.

I'm glad to hear that, hope we can do anything to make your car any better.

Reintroducing Nerd Racing's MX-3
I know its not your usual paint job but I like it. It still needs a good wet sand and some buffing. Oh and I need to put the front chip guards back on too.

I didn't make the cut for the stunt double, so I figured I would do something different, but not too flashy. I'll get some pics up when its shiny, I don't have a buffer so I either have to get one or find someone to do it for me.

It doesn't look that bad. Did you paint it yourself? Mine's an assortment of colors so I guess I'm a bit unbiased when it comes to other people painting theirs.
