Thank you for that - this kid stole $106 from me over 2 years ago and I never was able to find a way to contact him or his parents. I just called that number and yeah, his mom answered. She was reasonable, sounded a bit annoyed, but she certainly didn't sound surprised. She took my information and said she'd "get on him for it" but we'll see what actually happens.
