[WTB] K8 ECU or Chipped K8 ECU

I just took apart my ECU and it looks like I can't chip this one the last 4 digits on the chip are 1654, which according to probinator means it can't be chipped (http://www.cardomain.com/ride/728690/6" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

If someone has a chipped K8 ECU or a regular one ( that can be chipped) please let me know!

i have a k8 ecu that has a 2061 code , so it can be chiped,how much you willing to pay...?

I'm headed to the junkyard. They have two more GS's with ECU's.

I can pull them and check the code for you if you'd like.


I pulled one for myself (there were 3 GS's) and it turned out chippable, but I need it for myself.


Let me know and I'll put it on the list of things to get this friday.

Searching since weeks ,,,, nothing around here , everybody is scared to check the ecu on their cars (kijiji sellers THX ! )

Scrap yard here in mtl = NO WAY !
GOOGLE = nothing , just type k8 ecu and youll see
Ebay = nothing as well
Kijiji = c.\r.p !
Montreal = wrong place

I know superK is looking for one for you but so far the only ones he's found are not chippable. We checked one Saturday, but again not chippable.
