You've made two different threads within half an hour asking essentially the same question.
Do some research.

I think I might have covered that in the other topic, but maybe you should post there too.

It might speed up the learning! :D

its not recommended because you basically need a donor v6 model mx3 to do it, and if you already have that might as well swap a klze into it. i mean it can be done just if you want to be different or have the money then go ahead. anything can be done just gotta spend the cash. i mean if you can make a mx3 awd you can swap a v6 into a 4cylinder mx3. good luck

they may look the same on the outside but the engine bay in a MX-3 from a 4cly and 6cly is different as night and day.. can it be done yes it can but to be honest not really worth the effort..

if u really want a 6cly Mx-3 than go and find and buy a V6 MX-3.. and if u can't afford or want to look around stick with ur 4cly and do a swap of another 4cly in the MX-3..

there is tons of info u just have to look just remember the ? u just wrote has been written on here hundreds of times before u reposted it AGAIN..

just be in our shoes its gets tiring answering the same ? OVER and OVER AGAIN..

just put than into thought and if u can't find what info u want to know post that u can't find the info maybe one of use will be nice enough to lead u to a link on what u want to know..

What about simply turboing your current motor or getting a bpt and have more tq than a klze?

If I can't find a cheap GS this summer with a good body (don't care about engine/tranny too much) Then I'm goin to be buyin a donor GS to swap over everything to my RS. I know it will be a lot of work, but I need a spare care to do work on because I will need a car to get to work. Either a spare parts car, or a fully workin GS, I will be fixing it up while I drive my RS. If I swap parts over, I will have the ability to sandblast and repaint everything before I put it back on the car. I decided I wanted to go V6 over 4 cyl. If I do this swap, I will make sure to document it well, and take lots of pictures. I've certainly never tried anything like it, so it should be interesting to say the least.

also the suspension, rear axle, entire brake system needs to be swapped out, if I recall correctly

Didn't Tunes do the swap? Or am I mistaken?

suspension doesn't have to be changed, you don't have rear axles in a fwd car and brake system does not have to be swapped especially since some 4 cyl guys swap to the v6 breaking system, where do you think many of them get the rear disc brakes?

OK, sorry, wrong word. Rear subframe.

From the way I see it, you can do the swap two ways: The sloppy way, or the right way.

The brake booster, master cylinder and the rear subframe, it's all different.

Why would you do a v6 swap and keep the crappy RS braking system?
Stopping is much more important than going.
