How much for my car???

I'm going to sell my car and buy an old beat up MX-3 for cheap and use the differance in cash to fix it up and add body kit, paint job, new engine etc. I'm jsut not sure how much to ask or what would be considered a decent price. MY car is :
95 MX-3 GS with 170,000 KM
NKG wires
20$ per spark plug (I forget the name, champion I think)
K$N Air Filter
FX-Designs Front Bumper
Performance Muffler (Came with car, dont know make)
No power locks or windows or sunroof
a/t/c
Has little bit of scratches and some minor dents
NEW hood, 1 fender, headlights and good interior

man u payed way to much for that car if u had to make all the mods yourself. and with all those miles and the fact that it is only a MX-3 u proly wont get more thatn 8,00 for it MAX

hey bro in my opinion dont sell the car, keep working with what you have because it looks like you have put some money into already. i tried to do teh same thing as you but in the end it was better to keep my mx-3 and just keep working on it.

Hey,<p>I saw your post... you're from PA? I haven't seen your car around. I've got my '93 GS for sale, but it's already got custom paint on it. Have you seen it around? It's the blue/red/yellow one. Yes Im from PA but live in s'toon, Ill be coming home in a few weeks to work at the mill, and yeah Ive seen your car around, but i think ive seen it in s'toon before too... I'm sure you'll see me car when I'm back in PA, I drive alot and its a small city. Anyway, yeah so (CDN)$10,000 should be ok for my car, its a 95, plus it was appraised for 12,500 when I baught it(1.5 years ago), sounds high but its true.

Yeah, I'm originally from PA as well but finishing up my last year of university here in Saskatoon. I will be moving back to PA for a couple of months before heading to Calgary permanently - I'm hoping to find a new home for my MX before then...

Plugs were probly platinuim X4 by bosch
and yeah you payed way to much i got my 94 RS with 90,000 for 6000 and when i got my car i had a choice between a fully loaded GS or the RS the RS somehow ended up the car i chose I guess i didnt trust the guy selling the GS

yes i did pay to much for my car if i lived in ontario, i dont know if youve noticed but cars over there are a hell of alot cheaper. Used Cars in saskatchewan may cost more but the re-sale value is also higher, just go to autotrader.ca and ontario cars are much less. Just another reason why saskatchewan sucks. Besides, you never know when some rich little 16 year old wants a car disregarding price. Plus i did get my car less than what it was appraised, what could I do?
