Lug confusion

I have a set of 17" rims 5 lug pattern(it does both sizes, 10 holes), is there any way to throw those on my 4x100 lug pattern mx-3 that aint gonna cost me a new set of rims. Links and/or advice would be a great help, thanks.

I believe they have lug conversion kits. But it will push your wheel out. And in some states, it's illegal to have a certain amount of tire sticking out of the wheel well.
