That is a beautiful scale model. I can't imagine doing all that work. He must have spent ALL his free time building that. I have seen this video before, but it still impresses me every time. I am an engineer myself, yet I could never see myself building something as perfect as that.

20,000 hours...hmm divide that by 24....*ahem* pull up the calc. Thats 833 and a third days of free time. thats not including the rest of the stuff he does during the day. so lets see, divide by 365. thats 2.28 years of free time...dedication. wow.

this has been posted on here before... but that's ok I liked watching it again...

makes me want to build a scale working model of the mx-3 with the deep throaty v6 exhaust :lol: :welder:

sorry to be blunt... but why didn't he just build one he could actually drive? if he can make scaled down models, i'm sure he could just as easily made one he could cruise in.

This is a old topic, I know, but that guy deserves recognition for creating that. It always amazes me, what one can do in life, with dedication and focus. I wonder if Ferrari has gotten intouch with this fellow ever?

That functional model should be placed in the Smithsonain, on the basis of the ingenunity behind it.
