Yeah I saw that at Disney world last year. For the reverse stunts it's actully another car that actully has the driving controls facing backwards like if you just cut the body off and welded it on backwards pretty neat driving tho.

No you wouldn't its pretty extreme ,
The cars are controlled by crotch rocket engines and are completely gutted out , the car is actually equipped with a cooler with ice , with a small recirculation pump that pumps the cooled water through a special suit that the drivers must wear ( due to the extreme heat that they endure inside the car)
As previously stated the car driving in reversed is customized in the means that it has all of the controls installed in the back of the car and the driver is facing the opposite way ,
They also pull a small child out of the audience , convincing him that he will be driving a full sized "radio controlled car" It then turns out to be a car which a man is driving the car hidden on the blind side of the car in a outside roll cage. To say the least the show is very cool , They make a small edited movie during the show, and show you the procedure how they do it on spot, using green screen , special effects and some stunts such as jumping off a tractor trailer at moderately high speeds . It's cool . So if your in the area of Disney , go see it , It's really worth it .

Oh and it's called "Hollywood extreme stunt show" I believe
And they also have a 2 peice VV beetle they they "split in half" in a staged explosion that splits down the center lengthwise and could drive with only 2 wheels ? Its neat
