Engine Problems

which relay controls power to the fuel pump and starter because when i turn the key on i dont hear the fuel pump come on and when i turn the key all the way nothing happens the clock on the gauge cluster just turns off then to key turned full forwards and comes back on when you release the key HElP!!!!!!!!

EDIT: problem has been solved.

I believe the fuel pump relay is near the ECU.
