The price in Denmark is around 325 Euro for each (not autolevel etc.) Brand new from Mazda.
The price in Germany at http://ebay.de is nomally ½ price, but you can sometimes be lucky.

The german word you will need is "scheinwerfer" also look at http://www.ebay.at / http://www.ebay.ch (german language) Schwitzerland/Austria in this country the Mx3 v6 was only sold wíth "autolevel" & elektronic Antispin, as this is small country so sale is low.
You can only buy headlights with glass front in EU, don't know why they have given you (US) the plastic ones..

Be very careful purchasing items on any international ebay site! You need to make sure you can communicate effectively with the seller and the shipping price to the US (or Canada) has been negotiated before the sale. Also IMO make sure they take Paypal. It's been the easiest for me and I have bought plenty of parts off of international ebay.
Note: there is a type of Bank Transfer as an option but I could not get it to work through ebay... keep in mind if you choose to do a bank transfer (wire) through your bank some banks charge upwards of $50 as a fee not to mention the receiving banks transfer fees . Sometimes you may even need a third party involved. Also I'm not sure if I trust the mail to deliver a money order but that's just me
good luck!

PayPal IS number 1, currently it is most used by private sellers here in EU, and shipping is expensive, I know as I've quite some parts send from US to EU.
Most common payment method in the german speaking country's here in EU is banktransfer, the price is normally 25US$ when you pay the full fee yourself, no matter the distance / country.
(exception is proberly on 3 world country's and country's on the "black" list + when it is BIG amounts)
And the price I guess is the same each way, I just think that people should have so many options as they can get, what they choose to do is their buisness.
