I would like to make it clear to anyone that is interested in the car i must sell it as a whole parts car. The car has pwr steering, windows, sunroof, cruise control keyless entry, new battery. Would like to sell for $2000 obo
anyone interested can buy the car and part it out because it can't be registered. Any questions please contact me.

Thats like saying you cant sell a house that you bought with a loan. maybe he means he has some outstanding tickets, in that case you cant register a car here in canada unless you pay off your tickets.
However, you can sell the car, but the owner with the outstanding fines (traffic tickets) can not register any vehicle unless all the fines are cleared.
Thats what i had to do last july, had a couple of speeding tickets... :oops: before re-newing my liscence plate
