I've got a used B&M shifter in great condition... I'd probably want $100 for it... or you could buy a new adjustable pacesetter short shifter for around the same price:

or you could do a free one and take the shifter out of the car and heat the ball up and slide it up an inch and tack weld in place and there yea go!
