4 Wheel Disc Set Up

Will the protege 4 disc set up bolt up to teh MX-3 RS

with the poopy drum set up

cause i have a LX protege at home and im just taking all the parts compatible

and yes that mean i have another bp :D

so i just wanted to know if its worth getting the rear set up off

The rear discs will swap, the proportioning vale on the firewall should work. Im not sure of the front brake lines. Remember if you swap discs you will have to swap the brake booster, master cylinder, Proportioning valve, and front brake lines.

I wonder if you need to swap the front gear as well. I believe the rotors are larger on the MX3 GS, and the calipers have a different part # but look the same. So, if you did replace the front brake lines, would that also mean replacing the rotors, calipers, etc??

This is assuming that the MX3 GS and Protege LX front assemblies are the same.

The fronts look the same. Im still running with my RS front disc, which have given me no problems. They look the same too.

WHy not go with the 4 wheel disc system from a GS? Has to be an easier swap.
