just an FYI if I do not see a formal reply on this thread from bgracing by this sunday to let me know where my kit is, I will be persuing this matter legally. I will contact my credit card company to get the funds back as I have yet to receive any product. It is not this forum, or Jareds issue if there are paople that have not paid. It is not also up to bgracing to hold our kits after we have paid.

Let this be a final warning that if I do not hear from bgracing by sunday, officially I will be persuing legal action against the company.

he can freak out all he wants on us but him not saying one word on this forum for over a month doesn't justify anything. If he is having people coming after him for money he should be after us for money not ignoring pages of posts and countless PM's.

What ever can the last person please pay so we can get our damn kits now? And I better get shocks this time!

tomorrow I will be in contact with the fraud department in at their local police detachment. I will also be calling my credit card company for a full refund, as no product has been received.

Do what you guys feel neccesary. I havent heard from Kyle since the 26th and basically as we all know there communication with this board totally sucks...and has sucked since we started sending payments. IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM HIM BY FRIDAY I will contact EVERYONE in the group buy with the London police department's fraud division and make a formal complaint.
