hey all i was woudering if the mazdaspeed 3 6spd mtx would bolt up to a v6? or do i have to swap internals. would like to have 6 gears in the car.

sure, cause other things like axles, mounts, clutches, lflywheel, inkages, etc don't matter to make it all work.

Ofcourse all i can do is just talk - unless atlanta comes up with his amazing photoshop overlays to show why it wont work ...

Even if I had the money, I wouldn't waste it on a Mazda 3 trans. I'd go with something even more expensive!

I agree...., like that totally delicious setup they had on the BTCC Mondeos, an Xtrac six-speed sequential gearbox with the driveshaft passing through the 'V' of the engine...., it's only money lol!

Ha,ha, yup, that's more along the lines of what I was talking about. I saw a sweet setup in one of the Speed world challenge Mazda 6's here in the states. Tripoint engineerings best upgrade for the Mazda 6.
