Haha wow. Thats not vague. Heres a quick list of the top of my head. Not sure what exacly you mean by modification. Pretty much anything you do is a "mod". These don't include things like putting in parts that are MADE for mx-3's.

Dye your headliner black, with your pillars painted too.
Peel off the fabric from your rear interior pannels.
Redo your front panels, or peel and paint them.
HEI ignition mod (the faq)
Custome CIA (either PVC pipe, or integy cut to fit)
Motorswap (BP/T, KLZE)
Escort ZX2 S/R struts

Ugh the list goes on. Do a search would ya?

Custom isn't something you can guy at the store, or on eBay, custom is something that needs to be modified and/or fabricated. Custom mods are synanymous to being unique, and there's not just a few in total, you can have a few unique mods per Mx-3. I'd list them, but I just have too many, my worklog should give you a good idea.

However, on the flipside, people like doing custom mods to be unique, some people may not want to share them to loose something that makes them unique

Fitting the K-Sports and straight neck intake are one of those things that you don't want to throw away to anyone. Anything you feel that needs to be changed so your driving experiance is better. Weather its a switch, motor swap...anything thats not made for the mx-3, that you did yourself.
