The usual cause for both axles to go at about the same time and/or the diff to go is the engine mounts are shot.

Just got mine too, my CV's started clicking at about 155K so the way i hear hear it they lasted awhile compared to E2's but i've seen his 3 and i personally don't believe that it's only got 40k miles on it.
