Lol, my favorite is that my parents got an Escape 2-3 years ago, and month or two my dad was cleaning the engine bay and found an outlet, apparently we discovered it had a block heater, so winter's coming up, maybe they'll test that out :)

whats funny is at work we were constantly having problems with cold weather and the service vehicles. I was under the hood one day boosting one of them and I discovered that the Safari and Astro Cargo vans came stock with a block heater.

No more winter problems for us.

Mine is zip-tied in front of the radiator. Took me a while to figure out what it was (AC plug in the middle of nowhere, confused the hell out of me). I was a little disappointed when I found out what it was since I'll never need to use it.
