Seats GB poll.
Re: Seats GB poll.
hey I'd just go with DAD seats, you can get them on www.massivemotorsports.com or www.speedstech.com , they are like the same price, they include universal mounting brackets, and they dont have a gay "R" on them":P

www.speedstash.com . sorry!":P
Re: Seats GB poll.
DAD seats are nice looking, but they would add extra 10lbs to the weight of your car versus stock seats. Even if you are going to pay for seats why not get lighter seats, may as well improve in that department.
Re: Seats GB poll.
well ya see, Im not a racer, if i had the extra cash sure id put that into consideration, but i dont, and for quality vs money i think the DAD seats are the ones too go for, any other racing seat you look at will be 500 for 1 seat. Mine are completely for vanity, I cant stand those blue stock seats, you get in a mx-3 and it has this nice black interior, rear leather seats, and freakin blue front seats!!! makes no sense":P Makes me wonder, do you racing guys go on diets? like try and shave the pounds off yourself too?haha makes sense"

u guys make me laugh!
I would suggest forking out the dough for a quality seat unless u want a sore back.
at least check out corbeau. I find their cr1 (aka carrera) seats are very comfortable and affordable.

Re: Seats GB poll.
i have the corbeau seats they are very nice and high quality. they are around 220 a piece for the forzas and 200 for the clubman. they are not reclinables though. one piece racing seats that are very light. i weigh about 165 pounds and have a 34 waist and these are perfect for me up to a 36 waist. they are also the perfect size for the mx3 and look like they belong.
--just some info

Re: Seats GB poll.
ya im pretty skinny but im 6'3 and 190lbs, so i dont like the idea of no recline..
Re: Seats GB poll.
to anyone looking for seats. Im not meaning to kill this buy but you can get seats exactly like these with a diffrent name for a lot cheaper with seat rails. Goto ebay, search for racing seats and look for some made buy a company called DND...there a enw small company , same seats diffrent name, lower price even with shipping..

92 red rs
performance exhaust
zx2 struts and Eibach springs
turboed + stand alone when the cash is there
Re: Seats GB poll.

I went to a store that have these seats and I fell in love. the quality can be compared with momo and sparco but the sparco torino seats are bigger and probably better for bigger drivers. I am only 6 foot and 160 and the cr1s from corbeau fit me like a glove.

DND,tenzo,r1 are very cheaply made and are heavy as hell. looks are very misleading. do yourself a favor and check out corbeau and sit in them. u will fall in love too.

Re: Seats GB poll.
Actually R1's are the cheap seats, Tenzo is a mid grade, then comes sparco and corbeau at the high grade level.

I would never buy the r1's,dnd, or the ones with no name that claim to look like sparcos.
