How Do I change the belts?

I need to put a new alternator belt on, how do I remove the other belt and install new ones? i cant seem to figure out how to adjust the pulley to loosen the belt. please help newbie here!

i just replaed the timing belt on mine, which reqired removal of that, there is a 14mm bolt underneath the alternator, loosen that, then loosen the 12mm bolt on top, that will free the alternator and the belt, but the power steering belt is in the way too, and youll have to remove the power steering unit to loosen that. the mauel above shows that, i guess i didnt really need to say that, thought it may help tho.
