So I picked this up a couple months ago and I have been driving it daily since then. Driving this compared to my jeep (16mpg) has saved me some money which is exactly why I got it. School is done so my commute is much smaller so its time to make some room in the driveway for other cars (Have 3 currently).
221 xxx miles
v6 and still has plenty of balls left
Just replaced the battery, wipers, oil change, wheel bearings, front brake pads, distributor, cap and rotor, new plugs and plug wires.
Thing gets 30+ on the highway and averages around 27-29mpg to a full tank. Only costs ~30 to fill up
6 disc cd changer in the trunk, stock head unit, no speakers are blown.
Thing starts up every morning and perfect.
5 speed transmission has no grinds and clutch disengages perfectly. Transmission is even in good enough condition to shift without the clutch (rev matching).
A/C needs a charge but I may take care of that.
Valve stem seals leak a lil.
Here are the pics, interior needs a vacuum, thats about it. I just cleaned the inside of the windows.
Driver seat is ripped from wear. Passenger seat still has solid bucket formation. Automatic seat belts are also broken.
Inspected till 12/06 in PA.
