I left my car at the shop for about 30 mins and when i came back my Catalytic converter was gone!!!!!!!!! They tried to be slick about it and put a 2.5" pipe in its place. Becareful guys there is a cat burglar on the loose

So GA has no emissions testing then? I am moving there in a month or so and I've heard mixed answers on whether or not they test. Are there any state inspections at all?

They don't really do much of an inspection, but yes most of GA has emissions laws. They DO look for your Cat, but Brian is tagged in NC and thus doesn't need them. Yes, he is a dirty poluting bastard.

Man, I would next do a test pipe again. I did it for over a month last year. The car was LOUD, mind out, it sounded like a race car (gotta love that V6 sound), but I could be heard literally a dozen blocks away, and I could barely hear the stero (which I've put alot of money into) and it was annoying for conversations. It's your call and your car, but personally, I would never run a test pipe again, the novelty wears out after about a week.

If you run a big resonator and a nice muffler having no cat sounds just as quiet as stock. I runa 22" Magnaflow with a Borla. Sounds great and it's not real loud until you get on it.
