INTAKE ?

as of rite now i have a k&n cone connected to my stock intake piping. but im trying to go for a more cleaner look for my engine bay. i bought some new piping. but i was looking at the stock intake piping and there is another hose going to the lower side of the intake manifold. wut do i do about that wen i put my new piping in. i know it has been done before. thanks
