Ah don't worry James, I'll be driving through vancouver and kidnap kevin. Sucks riding in the trunk though....

Just a little information to add.

There will be a food catering service stopping in at the meet around noon to serve hot food like burgers, smokies, teriaky beef, chips, pop, etc, etc,
This will make it easier to get access to food when lunch time comes around. I will post their menu on the mx-west site soon, along with the other information.

I'll call them in the next few days and see what we can arrange for this year as well. If it's a go, we'll get interested people to call-in and book their rooms.

i'd like to see a list of people leaving from calgary...?? i know its a bit early but i'm so excited ahah... i'll be bookin off work this week sometime i'm like 90 percent sure i'll be going...

I'm about 50% sure that I'm going...it's the other 50% that wants to go but needs a sitter for the weekend. Would be great to convoy down!!
