Subs wont bump for some reason.

Post by 2RotorsNaDream »

I just put my old box with 2 10" subs in my new MX and they won't bump at all. I hooked up the amp correct and it powers up, everything looks in order. The subs got power and do work, they just dont bump at all. When I put my hand over them theyre working just very weakly. Anyone got any suggestions on this?? Thanks in advance. I know someone will come through.

sounds like one sub is out of phase. Try just having one sub hooked up and see if it 'bumps' any better (if so check your + and - for your woofers).

maybe your amp gains are set too low?
