I would not say that is wierd or odd... that mx-3 has been used for rally racing.. check out teameunos.com.

ive seen mx3 almost like that driving around stoon only it has three stripes of like purple red and yelow across the side verticaly. looks like its all stock cept for the wierd paint job ill try and get a picture lol.
