will the hot pipes from the mx3 bulk buy fit onto a mx6 or probe gt?
me and oscar think so but i would like to make sure it will.

I'm going to go with yes. The exception would be the opposite problem of the probe/mx-6 pipes fitting on an mx-3. They might be to short were they meet up at the cat/testpipe.
