mx3 for sale/parting out

hey guys. im trying to sell my project mx3. youve all seen the pictures and the door panels have been finished. the only remaining interior to finish is the quarter panel and front seats and a little exterior work and its show-ready. the mx3 will come with a powertech muffler or the stock muffler if wanted and comes with an optional ram-air intake setup. the interior has been painted black and white and has only one visible chipped area, but can be easy fixed. the mx3 also comes with a custom fabricated cargo cover to match the seat upholstery, a fabricated rear seat, and the material to finish the front seats to finish the pattern. the engine is the 1.6 sohc and needs a new torque converter, but is still driveable...great for a project car.<P>the oil was changed every 2500 miles and has new mag wheels and tires. spark plugs and wires were changed two months ago and there is also a new maf, intake tube, distributor cap, and brand new battery. speedhut reverse gauges can be included for an additional $50 or you can stay with the stock gauges.<P>im hoping to sell the mx3 for $1700 or best offer. for a complete list of mods and pictures, go to <A HREF="http://www.geocities.com/driftingboogie/mx3.htm" TARGET=_blank>http://www.geocities.com/driftingboogie/mx3.htm</A> ...email me if interested. im located in the southern cali area..hoping to sell through person and not through email.

im selling it because parts for the mx3 are wayy too expensive and i figured that id buy a nice economy car to get me a good start at work, save up enough money, and to just buy a manual car which is much easier to fix up rather than to continue to work on the mx3 and to do a manual swap later on. ive just been too busy to be working on this car right now too.

oh btw...the engine was just rebuilt and the tranny will be looked into.<P>the total price for entire car is also dropped to 1800 us. need to sell quick.

In the original post did you mean $2700?

oops sorry that was a typo. i meant $1500 us. i was getting confused with the us currency and canadian.

unfortunately, 128,000 miles...but would be a great project car for an engine swap.
