Believe it or not... before i joined this site i tought the touch button was just the "brand" of the door covers.. lol I have been using it ALOT lately...specially when the weather warms up.. everytime i get out of the car i get shocked hard

but when i use the touch button itsd awesome... pain days are gone LOL just was bored and wanted to post bout it

only a high end, exotic sports car like the mx3 would come with such a classy feature

get's rid of static electricity to help prevent getting shocked when getting out of car. really neat thing for our car.

I would've thought, due to its location, it was intended for rear seat passengers? i've never been shocked from my car

i get shocked all the time..maybe i got some sort of hiden power? maybe by gs wants to catch fire again? who knows but that button owns! everytime i touch it i never get shocked.. comes in handy when you are gasing up..maybe its my floor mats.

OK your body rub's up on your seat makes static!! you no *ZAP* OOOOUUUCCHHHH!!!! That button is to discharge you before you get zaped by the door. =)

Dont think i have ever seen anything like that in my 96 rs at all. Mind ya i never get shocked either.
