Engine weight

Hey guys I am trying figure out how much our engines weigh...the K8 to be exact...I have seen it somewhere before, but i cannot find it, even after using the search tool.

Thanks for pushing me in the rigth direction...now....
what does K8 = "123kgs" equal to in pounds? I could have just ask...will a "650 lb" engine support bar be able to support a K series?...it's used to hold the engine up by bracing itself to the passenger and driver side of the engine bay, either a single chain in the middle of bar.

650 !!!!

our motors weigh 108,700 Ancient Roman Scruples


~ 270 lbs, probably like 370 with the tranny

It was heavy enough for my built motor to tip over on an engine stand and tear my knee open and my pants...
94 Mazda MX3 GS - 395 whp 397 ft lbs untuned on pump gas and stock KLDE 15 psi boost. now running 16 psi and E85.. numbers=? 425ish whp
