Does this fit

Post by jeremy2003 »

So theres an engine would it be able to replace either the 4cyl or the 6 and what else would be needed to do the swap? I know someone is just dying to answer this.

search for KL-ze, easier swap for you and more power. Also it is N/A so you don't have to worry about all the turbo stuff.

why would you want to swap a b6t in place of the v6?
they are almost the same hp.

edit*i didnt mean to sound like a d---. i think the best bet would be a klze.

Ya...the ZE would be more easy for ya. The B6T is not just a plug and pray.

contrary to belief it is plug and play. Everything unbolts and rebolts into the old place. I dropped my k8 for a BP and haven't had to mod anything... so far all the mounts and stuff have been unbolt the old one, bolt in the new one. Dash plugs are all the same too, so you just have to have the right harness and ECU and it really is plug and play.

Problem is you have to swap out 10x the stuff - LITERALLY. Save yourself some heartache and headache and go with the ZE swap as said. Trust me on this one.
GS + BP + T3 + 9lb flywheel - some dead weight = ;)
